Who we are
Sefera Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect and why
We only ask for what we need to quote, schedule and carry out a cleaning job, or to answer a question you have sent us. We do not require you to create an account.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate statistics about how this site is used — for example, which pages are popular and roughly where visitors come from. It works without cookies and cannot identify you individually or follow you across other websites; see Vercel in the table below for what it collects. We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or any tool that builds a profile about you.
Your consent
We collect your information only when you choose to submit one of our forms. By submitting, you consent to us using that information for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us — though if you do, we may not be able to provide the service you asked for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run this website and reach you:
Supabase
Hosts the database where your booking and contact details are stored.
Data location: United States (N. Virginia)
Formspree
Delivers an email notification to us each time you submit a form.
Data location: United States
Vercel
Hosts and serves this website, and provides Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, approximate city-level location, device and browser type). It does not use cookies, does not collect anything that identifies you individually, and discards session data after 24 hours.

Google Fonts & Google Maps
Serve the site's typefaces and the service-area map on our home page. Loading these means your browser contacts Google, which may receive your IP address.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid legal request.
Where your information is stored
Our database is hosted in the United States. This means your information is stored outside Canada and may be accessible to foreign courts, law enforcement and regulatory authorities under the laws of that country. By submitting a form, you consent to this transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our business and legal obligations — typically no longer than seven years, which reflects standard record-keeping requirements for Canadian businesses. Records used only for abuse prevention, such as IP-based rate limiting, are short-lived and retained for a matter of minutes.

How we protect it
All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Our database enforces row-level security so that submitted records are not publicly readable, and access is restricted to authorized staff. Our forms are rate limited to reduce automated abuse.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so while we take these measures seriously we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Provide you with a copy of it
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw your consent to our continued use of it
Email seferacleaning@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
