We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area and everywhere within a 100 km radius of downtown Toronto — including Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham, Ajax and beyond.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. Sefera Cleaning carries full commercial liability insurance and bonding, and every team member is WSIB covered.

Do I need to provide supplies?

No. We bring all professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use non-toxic, low-fragrance products by default. Green cleaning is available on request at no extra charge.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee: contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area — free of charge.

How do I pay?

We accept credit card, e-transfer, and invoices for commercial clients. Payment is only charged after the clean is complete.

Do I need to be home?

It's up to you. Most clients give us a key or code and go about their day — we lock up when we leave.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another client. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekly slots, 3–5 business days is ideal. For one-time deep cleans, we can often fit you in within 48 hours.

Do you offer recurring discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recurring plans save 10–20%: 10% monthly, 15% bi-weekly, 20% weekly.
